DRINK PLENTY LIQUIDS - Vital For Life

juice Drink at least 8-10 glasses daily during summer & 4-6 glasses during winter season.
WATER
fruit juice Drink 1/2 to 1 glass max. of apple / mango juice or other citrus fruit juice (viz. pineapple / orange, etc) daily in morning. Acts as anti-oxidants.
FRUIT JUICE
